CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed.

It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. Please direct these inquiries to [email protected].

RETURN POLICY ON CLOTHING

We will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible clothing merchandise within 21 days of receiving the item.

Please visit the RETURN + EXCHANGE CENTER (located in the footer at the bottom of our home page) for a return or exchange authorization within 21 days of receiving the item. You'll need the email address the order was placed with, and the order number. Once a return or exchange is approved by our team, we will issue a shipping label. Returns or exchanges must be placed back in the mail within 7 business days. You are able to exchange any purchased items for the same product, or another of your choosing. If there is an outstanding balance, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the difference. If there is a remaining balance, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment. Returning the item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging, or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are returned to us damaged, or returned outside of the allotted return time frame, will not be eligible for a refund/exchange and you will be notified.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling, outside of clothing returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund.

Online exclusive general decor items are subject to our normal return policy and can be returned within 21 days of receiving the item to our warehouse or brick + mortar locations. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
