If your item arrives damaged, please contact a member of our team within 3 business days of receiving your items. All damages or defects must be reported immediately for claim filing purposes with our manufacturers and freight partners. It is required to provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label in addition to a detailed description of the problem in order to file a claim with our vendors. We will work diligently to reach a resolution.
