We are able to offer our clients their furnishings at the same price point they would be able to purchase without using a professional Design Firm, thus costing you no more. Part of our business model is assuming the position as Retailer, therefore we do not share any Designer discounts. We've carefully massaged relationships over the past decade with our vendors and manufacturers in order to maintain our buying power, along with the warranty and quality standards our clients should expect for their furnishings. 

By assuming the position as Retailer and offering furnishings at market MSRP, your Design fees are compensation for professional Design skills, experience and services, including our accessibility to resources outside of Retail stores, technical skills, and requirements for project management, execution, procurement, sourcing and installation.
