Client is entirely responsible for all items purchased by the Designer/Firm, regardless of basis/origin and including all styling items purchased. All sales are final, exceptions to this policy may be reviewed on a case by case basis, per Designer/Design Team/Firm, at their discretion and with a 15% restocking fee. Custom furniture may be required per Designer and Client; all custom furniture details shall be approved by Designer and Client prior to order being placed. Client is entirely responsible for all items purchased by the Designer/Firm, including Custom, Semi-Custom or furniture deemed custom per Designer/Firm.
