Each project is unique and tailored specifically to the home and the clients who live in it. Therefore, giving an estimated budget on fees prior to a consultation is a difficult number to pinpoint. 

Our Design fees are based on an hourly rate of $195 per hour and are calculated with a maximum number of hours. At a very basic level, our current Single Room minimum is $5850. This is based on knowing we will require a minimum of 30 hours to complete even the simplest of spaces. This time includes everything from understanding our clients and their project, to Design time, sourcing, procurement, project installation and billing. 

Goods, furnishings, receiving fees, moving, and any outside contractor fees are separate from the professional Design fees required to design and manage the project.
